Transplant Community Alliance’s vision is to support those affected by organ transplant so that the full potential of the gift of life can be realized. We do this by providing financial, educational and emotional assistance to organ transplant candidates, recipients, living donors, their families and caregivers who live in Arizona, or who are listed or received his/her transplant in Arizona. Our programs include Support Groups, Peer Mentoring, Emergency Financial Assistance, Insurance and Benefit Case Management, and Educational Seminars.
