I am determined to help others...

I have always been interested in donation, even as a young adult. I registered as a donor when myself and my family moved here to Arizona in 1995.

Having said that, I am a true believer now. I have seen it with my own eyes in a different type of donation. My brother in law, Michael, was diagnosed with leukemia a few years back. After receiving treatment at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, he was still in need of a bone marrow transplant. Thank God his sister, Joanne, was a perfect match and she was willing to donate. It is amazing what that donation has done for not only his life, but lives of my sister, April, and their two girls and grandchildren. This is why I am more determined to help if I can.
