I bet heaven has lots of sparkle and bling...

Crystal’s daughter Robin wrote this description of her mom: My mom loved lots of things…family and friends, sparkly bling, animals (mostly dogs and horses), sparkly bling, babies, anything cowboy, sparkly cowboy bling, singing, flowers, sparkly bling, acting silly, corvettes and sparkly bling. She loved all things blingy and sparkly. I bet heaven has lots of sparkle and bling for you mom…you can show it to me when I get there someday. Nothing could have more accurately described Crystal. If you never knew Crystal at all, you would after reading that. The license plate on her pickup said “Sparkle.” She was all in for her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and loved socializing with people. She was an extrovert, and there were no strangers in her life. Just friends she hadn’t yet met. Crystal went to a couple of singing/picking jam sessions a week and became the official “greeter” for the events. She would talk to everyone who came in, and in most cases knew them fairly well. Crystal was born in Texas and was Texas girl through and through. She wished her entire life that she could go back to live in Texas. After her memorial her husband Tom had the remains that were returned from DNA sent to a special place in the city where she was born and scattered in a beautiful area. Crystal finally got to go home to Texas. Crystal has two beautiful daughters, but never had any grandchildren. She wanted them badly, but the Lord never blessed her with any. She had to make do with borrowed grandchildren from her husband’s family. She was married to her second husband Tom for 40 years. They had just celebrated 40 and were about to celebrate her 77th birthday when she went to be with the Lord. Tom loved her dearly and misses her every day. God Bless you, you beautiful glitzy young lady of 77.
