He lives on as a superhero...

My young cousin was adopted into the family. He had the biggest heart and helped my oldest daughter who was going through some trying times. He had a rare stomach cancer and only made it to his 17th birthday. Before he passed away, he had the whole hospital knowing what a special young man he was. He gave himself to the Lord and told my aunt that he wanted to donate his body to science so he could help find a cure and they could study this cancer that he had to help others. When he passed, the whole small town of Parker, AZ was touched. At the funeral, there was standing room only. Who could be sad at a time like this? He was such an inspiration, and he always had a smile that could touch your heart and melt it away. He was kind and sweet, and helped anyway he could to see someone else smile. He was the first of many foster kids my aunt took care of, and he still lives on in her house as a superhero. All the foster kids that come through my aunt’s house model themselves after him, stating they want to be just like him and leave something behind that everyone remembers. This young man impacted lives like no other. We love and miss you, Chris, and we know you are looking down on us. See you again real soon, my love.
