I'm living proof that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger...

My name is Blair. My story is unique in the way that I have received three kidneys all from my immediate family. My mom donated her kidney first in August of 1995, then my dad offered his in October of 2000, and the last one from my older brother Jeff in December 2006.

I have been a professional diesel mechanic, personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, life and pursuit of happiness advocate and living proof that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger! I am now an EMT chasing down my dream of becoming a firefighter.

Blair is the MAN. I have had the pleasure of knowing him for the past 4 years and let me tell you, he is a life changing person. His pursuit of happiness and a full life is inspiring to everyone he meets. Knowing his story and being able to share it with others has impacted me and benefited me immensely. Keep on keeping on B!

It was hard to watch blair go through so many years of medical struggles. But I couldn't be more happy about how blair turned those struggles into a healthy, happy life. Blair, you're amazing. Love you! Sarah

My name is Vanessa, I am Blair's mom. Giving Blair one of my kidneys was one of the best things I've done in my life. For anyone considering themselves as a possible donor should at least check it out. With Blair's need of a second & third kidney we tried to wait for a non-family donor but it wasn't happening so we went back to family who were waiting to go as soon as we had approval. Donors are needed! Blair is healthy now Thanks to his brother Jeff who gave him the best kidney yet. Love you Blair, life is getting better everyday!!

There is way too much to say about my brother, Blair. He is a miracle and an inspiration to us all. Here's a person who was classified a kidney donor failure after his second transplant and he not only came back in good health after his third, but he became the picture of health. "Strong" and "survivor" are the two words that best describe him. He has taught me, our family and friends to never give up. Love you, Blair.

Blair is one of the most positive, motivational, and inspirational people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! I was lucky enough to be trained by him for years, and can now call him a friend. It would be easy to live life scared, and worry incessantly about his health, but he demonstrates no signs of self-pity, regret, or remorse for the struggles he’s had to endure. He is truly an inspiration to live life to the fullest!
