He lives on in others...
Our son Anthony was involved in a single vehicle rollover accident in February 2015. He was ejected from the vehicle. An ambulance crew saw the accident and was first on scene. He was transported to John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital and everything was done to keep him alive, but he passed away from his injuries at 2:32 A.M.
I had previously read about donation and asked hospital staff about it and was given a phone number to call. While there at the hospital, we received a call from Donor Network of Arizona and the process was started. Since our son was only 24 years old, we knew he could save other lives being the kindhearted, generous man he was. During the most difficult and painful time of our lives, we agreed and now Anthony lives on in other people.
We love and miss Anthony every minute of every day. He was a loving son, brother, father, fiancé and friend. When the time is right, we will be able to tell our granddaughter Bella and soon-to-come grandson Anthony how beautiful and wonderful their dad was and how proud they can be and how proud we are of Anthony’s life-changing and life-giving gifts.
