Carlitos is 1  year old and was born with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). During pregnancy, a blockage called posterior urethral valves prevented him from being able to urinate in the womb which caused irreversible damage to his kidneys. He has been on dialysis since he was just 3 months old.

He is a true fighter, full of love and resilience. Despite facing health challenges at such a young age, he continues to smile, inspire and bring joy to everyone around him.

For Carlitos to grow, thrive and live a healthy life he urgently needs a kidney transplant. He is waiting and praying every day for a kidney donor who can be his hero!!!
